I like to make up stories.
Not the half-truths or lies.
Not the exaggerated kind.
Just your over the top imaginings.
It's an exercise for the mind.
It makes something tedious interesting.
There's a downside to it though.
I can't help my thoughts
When it turns downright morbid,
horrific or makes me panicky.
would meditation help? I wonder.
I really wonder.
Wind up, Wind up.
My thoughts are churning out still.
